Barto Travel (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the App.
We intentionally collect as little information as possible.
The App does not require users to create an account and does not collect or store personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.
The only information we retain on our servers is the minimum technical data necessary to enforce daily usage limits for Premium users. This information is not used for analytics, marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than enforcing fair use of the service.
Usage-limit data is automatically cleared on a daily basis.
The App uses AI services provided by OpenAI and may use additional AI providers in the future.
When you request AI-generated content, your prompt is sent to the applicable AI provider to generate a response.
Users should avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential data in prompts submitted to the AI.
According to OpenAI's published policies at the time of this writing, API requests may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse and security monitoring purposes. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party AI providers used by the App, as those policies may change over time.
The App retrieves weather forecasts from Open-Meteo.
Requests to obtain weather information may include location information necessary to retrieve the appropriate forecast. We do not retain this information after the request is completed unless it is required for the immediate operation of the App.

The App does not perform user profiling or behavioral advertising.
If anonymous diagnostic or crash reporting is enabled through Apple's or Google's operating system or app store infrastructure, such information is governed by their respective privacy policies rather than this Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information processed by the App.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The App is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent for data processing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
