Welcome to Barto Travel (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Barto Travel is an AI-powered travel assistant designed to help users prepare for trips by generating personalized packing checklists and providing travel-related information, including weather forecasts.
The App uses artificial intelligence and external services to provide its functionality. While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, we cannot guarantee that all information generated by the App is complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation.
The App is available in a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Both plans use AI processing provided through our servers; you do not need your own AI account or API key.

The Free plan does not include Premium trip options (such as packing for children, pets, work travel, sports travel, or personal-care supplies) or the “always pack” essentials feature. Requests that use Premium features will be declined until you upgrade.

Premium limits are fair-use limits and are subject to adjustment at any time as we improve the service, manage operating costs, or respond to changes in third-party service pricing or availability.
The following applies to both the Free and Premium plans:
Premium access is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings, as applicable, at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, as applicable, and are subject to their respective policies.
Premium features typically activate within a few minutes of a completed purchase. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, Premium features stop being available at the end of the paid period, even if the App temporarily displays a Premium state while offline.
If your subscription lapses, your existing trips and data are not deleted. However, trips that exceed Free plan limits or use Premium options can no longer be regenerated, and Free plan limits apply to creating new trips.
We reserve the right to modify Premium features, usage limits, pricing for future subscription periods, or the overall service. Any pricing changes for future renewals will be communicated through the relevant app store's subscription system.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose.

To generate checklists, trip details you enter (such as destinations, dates, activities, and trip options) are sent to our servers and forwarded to our AI provider for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and performance of these third-party services are outside our control. Temporary interruptions, degraded performance, or outages affecting these services may reduce or prevent certain App features from functioning.
If a third-party provider permanently discontinues its service, we may replace it with an alternative provider without prior notice.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Packing checklists and other AI-generated responses are suggestions provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or omit items that are important or essential for your trip.
You are responsible for verifying that your packing is complete and appropriate for your destination, travel plans, airline requirements, weather conditions, health needs, and personal circumstances. In particular, always verify essential items yourself, including medications, travel documents, identification, visas, and safety equipment. We accept no liability for items omitted from a generated checklist.
Weather forecasts are only available for a limited period ahead (currently around two weeks). For travel dates beyond the forecast horizon, the App relies on typical seasonal conditions, which are estimates and may not reflect actual weather during your trip.
We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe a user has:
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the App for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barto Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Premium subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal data, share personal data for advertising purposes, or build user profiles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
